Bradley J. Hoffman, 61, of Columbus passed away Saturday, September 18, 2021 at Mt. Carmel East Hospital. Brad was born on April 29, 1960 in Columbus, Ohio to the late Gerald and Karlene (Schaible) Hoffman. He was a graduate of Independence High School and retired from Columbia Gas of Ohio. Brad was an avid Buckeye and Blue Jackets fan and enjoyed being with his family and friends. He is survived by his wife, Orbetta; daughters, Ashlee and Heather (Chuck); grandchildren, Paige (Jayme), Nicholas, and Ryleigh; great-grandchildren, Carter J., Jaxson, and Elsie; sisters, Devany (Tom) and Jerrilynn, nieces, nephews, and many extended family members and friends. Visitation will be held 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm Saturday, October 2, 2021 at Schoedinger East, 5360 E. Livingston Ave. Columbus, OH 43232. Interment at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens at a later date.
