Carol Lee Adams

Carol Lee Adams, 80 of Upper Arlington, died Saturday, September 1, 2012 at home. She was born August 17, 1932 in Circleville, OH to the late Wayne and Vera (Betz) Leist. She was a graduate of Circlevlle High and a member of Upper Arlington Lutheran Church. She was the treasurer of the Mountview Baptist Preschool for over 30 years, but her passion was her family. She was a devoted and loving wife, mother and grandmother and her family was the center of her life. She is preceded in death by her husband of 58 years, Dr. Denton Adams, son Ty Adams and brother Walter Leist. She is survived by children Tovie Adams Dewey, Kristan (Jim) Adams Anderson, Todd (Rhonda) Adams and Amy (Charles) Adams Deibel. She is also survived by sixteen grandchildren K.C. Dewey, Sam Dewey, Joe (Becca) Dewey, Brooke Adams, Nichole Adams, Ben Anderson, Jonathon Anderson, Mark and Susan Anderson, Sarah Anderson, Nick Adams, Jennifer (D.J.) Carducci, Jessica (Marty) DeVoss, Mason Deibel, Annie Deibel and Jane Deibel, great granddaughter Charlotte DeVoss. A memorial service will be held Wednesday at 1 PM at the Upper Arlington Lutheran Church, 2300 Lytham Rd.
