Carol Burki Clark

Carol Burki Clark, age 92, of Columbus, Ohio, died April 14, 2021 at Wesley Woods at New Albany. Preceded in death by her husband of 51 years, Henry D. Clark, parents George and Ida Burki, and brothers Arthur and Donald Burki. She is survived by close friends, Laura, Howard and Madeline Rosenberg; niece, Mary Carol (Jeff) Russell, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; nephew, George (Phyllis) Burki, Carthage, Missouri; multiple great-nieces and nephews; and many friends and students she taught through the years. Carol graduated from Carnegie Institute of Technology (now Carnegie Mellon University) in 1950, where she earned a BFA in Art Education. She taught Art at Columbus School for Girls, Bexley, Ohio, for nearly 25 years. Private burial in Sylvan Heights Cemetery, Uniontown, Pennsylvania. Celebration of life will be held in July.
