Carol Ann Trout

Carol Ann “Squirrel” Trout, age 74, of Grove City passed away on Saturday May 28, 2016 at Kobacker House, Columbus Ohio. She is preceded in death by her parents; Boyd and Mary Davis. Niece, Tammy Pritchard, Step Daughter, Kathy Ruth and beloved dog, Chelsea. Carol is survived by her loving Husband; Bob Trout (married 35 years), Daughter; Vicki L. Brown (Donald), Grandchildren; Samantha L. Bevins (Dustin Harding) and Ryan E. Brown. Brothers; Ben Pritchard (Lois Geary) and Neil Pritchard (Vicki Jo), Wayne Pritchard and Sister Judy Reed. Uncle; Carl Justice. Aunt; Lois Neff. Extended family of 5 Step Daughters, 16 Grandchildren, 17 Great Grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Carol was a graduate of North High School, class of 1959. She studied dance with and performed on the Jack Sherick TV Show on WBNS throughout the 1950’s. Carol retired from the Franklin County Treasurer’s Office in 2001 after 25 years of service. She also spent 30 years working seasonally for Scioto Downs. Carol enjoyed shopping, interior decorating, and spending time with her large family and countless friends. Visitation will be held on Monday June 6, 2016 from 10am-11am with services to directly follow at GROVE CITY NAZARENE CHURCH 4770 Hoover Rd with Pastor Owen Stotts officiating. Celebration of Life to follow memorial service at Pinnacle. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Kobacker House in Carol’s name.
