Charles William Pritchet

Charles William Pritchet, Jr., 67, passed away Sunday, November 10, 2019 at Riverside Methodist Hospital. He was born June 18, 1952 in Columbus, Ohio. He was a longtime employee of ARC Industries and received a certificate of completion from the Franklin County Board of Developmental Disabilities. He was also a member of Friendship Missionary Baptist Church. Charles was a diehard Ohio State Buckeyes fan.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Mattie Z. "Great" (Will O.) Lewis; Edith (Clarence) Pritchet; parents, Lillian M. (Clifford B.) Walker; and Charles W. Pritchet; brother, Karl E. Pritchet and son Charles William Pritchet III "Chuckie"; and special friends, Kathleen Bell and Sharon Peck.

Charles is survived by his son, William A. "Alex" Peck ; sisters, Adrienne C. (Bill) Stevenson, Debra L. Viney, Toni D. Gwynn, Karen D. Calloway, and Karla T. Webb; step-mother, Ernestine Pritchet; aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and many other family and friends.

The funeral service visitation will begin Saturday, November 16, 2019 at 9 am with service at 10 am. The service will be held at Friendship Missionary Baptist Church, 1775 W. Broad St., Columbus, Ohio 43223. Interment will follow at Green Lawn Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Franklin County Board DD.
