Chaz (I knew him as Cake) was one of the best people I knew online. He was a great member of our gaming group online, and knew how to make people laugh and had make a bad time better with his comments and enthusiasm. I wish I could play with him one more time. I send my condolences to his family and friends. Godspeed my friend... godspeed...

I did not know Chaz for very long, but for the time I knew him I considered him a friend. I remember on time him and I were throwing insults back and forth at each other, and everyone thought we were fighting. We just looked at each other and laughed because we knew that it was only banter. I will always remember Chaz as a dear friend, and I hope that he has found whatever peace he was looking for. My prayers to everyone he knew.

Although I only knew him as "Cake." His passing had torn me apart. I send my prayers to his family and friends.

I never met Chaz in person, but he quickly became one of my most favourite people. He could make me smile and laugh when no one else could. I will always carry your memory with me, see you in another time in another place.

Chaz and I didn't know eachother long, but he was a good friend whom always knew how to put a smile on my face. It pains me to see him gone, but I hope he may rest in peace. Forever in our hearts:heart:

Why, oh why? Dear boy, why is your young life over? What of your children and children's children we will never know? We needed you to walk amongst us and teach us and grow old with us. Now we'll never know what honor you may have achieved and the lives you may have saved. The sun went down too soon and now we'll never know.

Chaz was my grandson. I loved him more than life itself. He was a marvelous person. I could sense greatness in him. He had a depth of understanding far beyond his years. He would look at God's creation and marvel at the depths of it's beauty. How it was so complex and yet so simple at the same time. He loved dogs, cats, birds, flowers and cool rocks he found down at the creek. These were the things that made him smile. But the thing he loved more than anything else was his mother. They were (and always will be) connected at the heart. For his grandmother and me, our sky will never be as blue, the stars quite as bright but we will always have the memory of a boy that we loved and that loved us back. He will also always be in the memory of God for he was a good boy.

I only spent a few times with Chaz but his smile could light up an entire room. He had the biggest heart and the most giving nature of any child his age. His intellect was far beyond his years.  Chaz was definitely an old soul. I hope whatever pain he was suffering is now gone forever. Rest easy you beautiful angel  and God speed to the entire family.

Chaz was my nephew, and an extraordinary kid. He was kind, compassionate, creative and smart. He loved to laugh and had a mischievous smile, with a certain way of carrying himself that always made you feel like he was in on a secret. It’s memories like this that I will always carry with me. For even though Chaz is no longer with us, the love I have for him remains, and it will continue living on in the hearts and minds of anyone who had the good fortune of knowing him. I know Chaz is at peace now, and he has returned home to the pure white light of God’s love. And just as we will carry his love with us, so too will he carry ours with him. And if there’s any one thing I would want him to know, it’s that. I love you, kiddo. We all do.
