Colleen graduated from Barnesville High School in 1979. She enjoyed raising and riding horses. She also enjoyed collecting tools, gardening, working around the house and working on her car.
She is survived by four siblings, Carole (Larry) Bryson, Cathy Stephens, Connie (Tyler) Batross and Daniel (Mary) Stephens; special aunt, Cindy; close friends, Josie, Wayne, Mike and Crystal; nine nieces and nephews; several aunts, uncles and cousins.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by one brother, Norman Stephens, Jr.
Memorial contributions may be made in memory of Colleen to the Belmont County Animal Shelter, 45244 National Rd. W. St. Clairsville, Ohio 43950.
