Dennis Jene Collins, age 57, died unexpectedly Friday, August 2, 2013. He was born October 26, 1955 in Columbus, Ohio. He was a car buff and loved drag racing. He will be remembered as a good-humored guy who was always able to find that perfect thing to tease you about. He loved to make you laugh. He is preceded in death by his father, Ralph E. Collins. Dennis is survived by his loving wife, Cathy; mother, Alice V. Collins; children, Jessica M. Collins, Bryan D. Collins, and Ashley C. Collins; brothers, Danny L. (Judy) Collins and Tom D. (Debbie) Collins; sister in law, Karen Hix; beloved dog, Riley; and nieces, nephews, and many dear friends. Visitation will be 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at the SCHOEDINGER HILLTOP CHAPEL, 3030 W. Broad St. Columbus, Ohio where funeral service will be held 10:30 a.m. Wednesday. Interment Sunset Cemetery.
