Diann Hooper Hildreth, 87, of Columbus, Ohio, fell asleep at Willow Brook Christian Home, Columbus, Ohio, on July 28, 2025. She is waiting for the eternal salvation promised to all who have hope in Jesus Christ. Diann was born to Joseph and Gladys Hooper on Monday, January 3, 1938, in Maben, West Virginia. Although Diann had a successful work career, she considered her most valuable work to be among her friends in Alcoholics Anonymous. She recognized that drug and alcohol addiction is a demise to the individual as well as destruction to the family structure. Her love for God and His word increased her ability to love the unlovable and save the lost. She made herself available to those in need of words to believe and encouragement. She knew the value of the right words and the benefits of focus. She was prayerful and giving to all who knew her. Her gift for loving and caring for all of us is something we feel deeply in our hearts. We miss her face, our friend, and her only child, her mother. Family who remains: Daughter and son-in-law. Two granddaughters, their spouses, and children. Four great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
