Hi Momma, I haven’t been sleeping well lately. I am working through layers of grief. In the beginning, I focused so much on accomplishments. Kept myself busy and pushed grief down.. this year, I’m allowing myself to feel and heal. 
 Thank you for the bluebirds and the Wizard of Oz. I know without a doubt our promise to each other “ reach out and touch without a doubt and the other mind that we are OK” you did good mom! 

I really struggle with everybody being gone. I would do anything to go over to grandma Dodd’s on Christmas Eve or anytime with all of you there. 

When dad committed suicide Uncle Tim  stepped up and he is amazing. He reminds me that I do have family that loves me. I will probably move to Florida after Maddie graduates to be with my uncles. 

Amaya is a senior at Ohio State! Shewill be getting her bachelors and social work and going on the accelerated masters program and social work. I’m sure you see everything that’s going on but I am so proud of her. she is so independent!

The past four years have been very tough, my divorce broke me. I have your strength and I keep pressing on and making sure Matty has a great high school experience and follows his dreams. 

It’s so strange I just googled your name and this came up. And some weird way. It’s making me feel better like I’m talking to you. I miss you so much mommy. I would do anything to have you bring me a grilled cheese sandwich and soup! I have had the flu for a couple days. Life doesn’t stop when I have the flu, though I still have to press on and take care of Maddie, take him to school take him to his sports.
He plays soccer, basketball, lacrosse, basketball team at the Y. he has the kindest heart, but has orneriness  just like his dad. 

Well, I have to go back to sleep. I have to get up at 7:30 and go to my Homegroup AA meeting in Sunbury.. I’m doing my best mom. I wish I could hug you and talk to you face-to-face. I know you were out there doing magical things for all of us. I love you.!

If there is a more fitting picture of Dee -- huge smile, hanging out by the pool with a giant toucan -- I'm not sure what it would be.  Dee exhibited more life and spunk on a bad day than most folks can muster in a month's time.  She truly was a super special lady.  Lindsay Sestile

I only met Delores (your "Bucky") a few times. I was impressed by her wonderful personality and her sense of humor. It was obvious that she was a kind and giving woman, she was a real lady.

Dee was one of the sweetest people I have ever met.   You couldn't go into the bubble without hearing her laughter.  She always had a cute story about one of her grandkids, or was looking forward to something she had planned with them.   She always seemed to know when you needed an extra boost and her smile was contagious.   Thanks for making time in the bubble fun.  Brenda Davis  .

Dear Dee, I will never forget your kindness to me.  Thank you for always having a listening ear, a kind smile, and a encouraging word, I truly was honored to call you my friend. You are missed everyday.

Dee's kind heart and generous spirit will definitely be missed.  We both worked for a brief time together at the Vorys firm back in the mid-80s before we both ended up at PWMA.
