I am thankful for meeting Don.  He had great advise on cooking, motorcycles and history of the Newark area.  I will miss seeing his smile, but glad for the time and conversations we had.

Don will be greatly missed every Monday night at the Look Up Center. He was always so kind to everyone and  I looked forward to seeing him every week - Thank you for sharing your love and kindness with us all.

Grandpa Beck,
Where do I begin? You are one of the strongest men I know and also the smartest! Not many people can say that they know how to rebuild a computer, fix a motorcycle or even fly a plane. But you? Yeah, you can do all those plus much more. Although your death will cause me a lot of sarrow, I have many memories that'll keep me smiling until we meet again. <3 I rememer when I would walk over to your house and we would make no bake cookies and no matter how many times I will try, they will never be like ours. I also remember when you would walk me up to the park and push me on the swings. Or when we walked up to the old school and had dinner together and all the old men would tell me "Your grandpa here, is a very nice fellow." I'm very proud to call you my grandpa. The very last time I rode on your motorcycle with you I burnt my leg. We had stopped at Speedway to get gas and as I was getting back onto the motorcycle I touhed that one pipe and now I have a huge scar! So everytime I look down at my leg, I see that and think of you. Your an amazing man, an awsome grandpa, a wonderful father, and an excellent fighter. You fought your battle to lung cancer the best you could. In my eyes you won. You got to go to a place where you have no pain, no worries, it's nothing but paradise. The only thing you have to do is look down on all of us and show us the right path in life. So are you up for it? I know you can do anything you set your mind to. Your an amazing person Grandpa Beck. I love you and may you rest in peace.

DAD- I just want to start off by saying that I LOVE YOU and MISS YOU dearly already.  You were an amazing man that I am proud to call my dad.  I will never forget when I was 4 yrs old you taught me to ride my first motorcycle(yes with training wheels).  I remember our trips to Honda Hills on the weekends father/daughter time you and I out on the track just riding together. And then we would always stop for our banana splits.  I want to thank you for always being there for me no matter what. I am truly sorry for ever letting you down, but one thing I can say is that I am so glad that you forgave me for my mistakes. I want to say thank you so much for being apart of my wedding and glad that you were able to walk me down the aisle.  
Your sickness came too soon, and I was not ready to let go but I know that you are in peace and not in pain anymore.  I know you were watching over me and you waited for me to get there before you left and I am so grateful that I got to say goodbye.
I ask for one thing from you now Dad to watch over Robert and I and my beautiful daughters Jordan, Ashleigh, and Mackenzie and grandson Paxton. I am so glad that you were around to meet your grand daughters and great grandson and WE ALL LOVE YOU AND MISS YOU SO MUCH.

Dear Grandpa Beck,
You were loved by many! You were a strong man.. Boy did you love making no bake cookies and ridin' your motorcycles. You were important to me, So important. You fought long enough and it was your turn to go to your real home, Fly high with those angels. One day i'll be able to spend time with you again.
