Doris Simons, age 75, of Columbus, Ohio passed away February 10, 2015. She was born March 18, 1939 in McArthur, Ohio to the late Herschel and Marguerite (Lewis) Norton; also preceded in death by grandsons, Ryan and Michael. Doris is survived by her loving husband of 56 years, Robert F. Simons and was an awesome mom to son Tony Simons (fiancé Debbie) and daughter Marie Simons Buckingham; grammy to Stephanie, Jennifer and Scott and great-grandma to Keelie, Christopher, Weston, Blair and Brynn. Funeral Services will be held for Doris at 1:30pm Friday, February 13, 2015 in the mausoleum chapel located on the grounds of Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens, 5600 E. Broad St., Columbus, OH 43213, where family will welcome friends beginning at 12:30pm. No flowers please. Contributions may be made to a charity of your choice in Doris' memory.
