

Duane Allen Jenkins, age 36, of Galloway, Ohio, died unexpectedly Thursday, June 3, 2010 as a result of an accident. He was born August 25, 1973 in Columbus, Ohio and graduated from Westland High School in 1991, where he was a member of the wrestling team. He was a pipefitter with Dalmatian Fire Inc. for the past nine years and was a member of Pipefitters Union Local # 669. A devoted “Dad”, Duane is survived by his wife of 12 years, Kelly (Enright); beloved sons, Dilan and Kadan Jenkins; mother, Pat (Keeney) Jenkins; brothers, Mike Jenkins and Kevin (Shell) Jenkins; grandmother, Marie Keeney; uncle, Bernie (Rene) Keeney; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Thomas and Pamela Enright; nieces, nephews; other relatives and many close friends. Duane loved coaching his boy’s teams in football, baseball, wrestling, soccer and currently was coaching Kadan’s Westgate baseball team. He loved the outdoors, especially camping, swimming with his boys, and riding his motorcycle. Duane loved the Miami Dolphin’s and considered himself their “# 1 Fan.” He was a member of Cypress Wesleyan Church, where he was active in children’s Sunday School, men’s basketball and softball and small group. Friends may call 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at SCHOEDINGER-NORRIS CHAPEL 3920 Broadway, Grove City. Funeral Service will be held 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, June 9, 2010 at Cypress Wesleyan Church, 377 Alton Darby Creek Road, Galloway, with Pastor Dale George officiating.
