Edith Elizabeth Barry, born November 27, 1922, passed away peacefully on September 30, 2014 at age 91. A wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother to many. She was loved by her family and will be dearly missed by all. She was preceded in death by her husband, Edward; daughter, Barbara; and sister, Florence. She is survived by her children, Sharon, David, Beverlee, Rebecca, and Douglas; grandchildren, Eric, Shawn, Chasity, Jason, Kristin, Christopher, Ashley, Hannah, and Zachary; great grandchildren, Hayley, Caleb, Abigail, Jadyn, Lucas, Ryleigh, Cole, Sadie, Avelyn, and Cassius; and nieces, Janet and JoAnn. Services will be held privately and Edith will be laid to rest at Eastlawn Cemetery, Columbus, Ohio. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Capital Area Humane Society, 3015 Scioto Darby Executive Ct., Hilliard, Ohio 43026.
