Edna M. Early

Edna M. Early, 85, of Columbus, passed away February 21, 2010. She was born November 21, 1924 in Cambridge, Ohio to the late Emerson and Amy Christian. Edna is also preceded in death by her loving husband of 61 years, Walter Early; brothers, Wesley and Bunk; sisters, Micki and Flossie. Edna is survived by her children, Vicki (Bob) Long, Mick (Elly) Early, Jackie (Rich) Robinson, Diane Early; 10 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren and her beloved dog, Champ. Edna was a member of St. Elizabeth Church. She enjoyed going out to dinner and was an avid shopper. Edna loved to travel especially traveling to Myrtle Beach with her husband, Walter. Above all, Edna loved spending time with her family. Family was the most important thing in Edna’s life and she will always remain precious to them. Visitation will be held 2:00-4:00PM and 6:00-8:00PM Thursday, February 25, 2010 at the SCHOEDINGER NORTH CHAPEL 5554 Karl Rd where a prayer service will be held at 3:30PM. Mass of Christian burial will be held 10:00AM Friday, February 26, 2010 at St. Elizabeth Church, 6077 Sharon Woods Blvd., Columbus, Ohio 43229.
