Edward Lincoln Allen

Edward Lincoln Allen of Columbus, OH went home to be with the Lord on February 17, 2013 at the Convalarium at Indian Run in Dublin. He was a member of Moose Lodge #1427, lifetime member Masonic Brother, Eagles and Veterans Club #89. He was retired from General Motors and enjoyed bowling, playing cards and spending time with his family and friends. Preceded in death by his parents Harry and Mary (Mason) Allen, wife Doris Allen, friend Sonnie Byrne, cousins Earl and Naomi Houser, good friend Dale Trigger; sisters and brothers-in-law; Stanley and Rose McDaniel; Bob Stout; Herman McDaniel; Carl and Edna McDaniel; Irene and Ward Hixon. Survived by children, Harry Scott Allen, Carol and Tom Melsop, Donna and Len Richards, grandchildren: Kirsten and Andy Dunn; Clayton and Jackie Engle, Calvin Richards, Corey Richards; step grandchildren; Jordan, Taylor and Nicolas Melsop, sister and brother-in-law; Beverly and Jim Urban; sisters-in-law Goldie McDaniel and Hazel Stout; niece, Brenda Agan; good friends, Nell and Charlie Hillberry.
