Elizabeth Sisson Bosley

Elizabeth “Sue” Sisson Bosley, age 88, of Columbus and formerly of Baltimore, MD passed away on Sunday, November 7, 2010. Sue was born on January 29, 1922 to the late Hugh J. and Elizabeth Sisson. She was born and raised in Baltimore, MD and moving to Columbus, Ohio 10 years ago. She worked many years as a Realtor in the Baltimore area; and was one of the first woman realtors in her field. Sue spent many hours volunteering for different organizations; she also loved gardening and playing bridge. Sue’s true love and joy was her family. She is preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Elizabeth H. Bosley; twin brother, Hugh J. Sisson; and brother, Albert F. Sisson. Sue is survived by her loving children, Melanie (Terry) Welsh and son, Chauncey Brooks Bosley; grandchildren, C. Scott (Lori) Marple, Jr. and Brent Sisson Marple; great-grandson, Brooks P. Marple; and nephews, Hugh J. Sisson, Christopher P. Sisson and A. Mercer Sisson. The family will be having private services and interment will be at Green Mount Cemetery, Baltimore, MD.
