Emma Jean Davis

Emma Jean (Wray) Davis, age 84, of Grove City, went to be with our Lord and loved ones in the early morning of Saturday, March 30th. She passed peacefully, surrounded by family that cherished and loved her. Her caring and sweet nature was widely known and treasured by all that were blessed to have known her.

Survived by daughters, Linda (Michael) Clark, Sandra Davis, and Carolyn Glick; granddaughters, Johnna (Kevin) Dean, Crystal (James) McVey; grandsons, Luke Davis, Scott Glick; great-grandchildren, Noah and Connor Dean, Emma and Daisy McVey; sister Wanda (Dewey) Akers, sister-in-law, Edna (James) Wray; brother-in-law, Willard (Marjorie) Long; numerous nieces and nephews.

She was also proceeded in death by her loving husband, Arlin Davis; beloved son, Arlin Edward Davis; sisters, Mary Wilcoxen, Mildred Powers, Marjorie Long; brothers, James, Earl, and Glen Dale Wray; sisters-in-law, Emilee Wray and Fredde Wray; brothers-in-law, Carmen Powers, and Harmon Wilcoxen.

Family will receive friends 11 AM-1 PM Wednesday, April 3, 2019 at the Schoedinger Grove City Chapel 3920 Broadway where her funeral service will follow at 1 PM. Rev. Donnie Akers will officiate.
