Erma C. Schleich

Erma C. Schleich, age 92, passed away on Wednesday, January 5, 2022 surrounded by her family. Erma was born on December 4, 1929 in Washington C.H. to the late Henry and Flora Wilt. Also preceding in death are her husband Frank William Schleich; and sisters Theda Bergefurd and Fern Bentley. Erma was a church secretary for many years at Hilliard United Methodist Church. She was a member of the Eastern Star, Ohio Child Conservation League, and longtime member of Hilliard United Methodist Church. After her retirement she spent most of her time traveling around the world with her sister Theda. Although her most precious moments were getting to spend time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Erma will be deeply missed by her loving sons Paul (Nancy) Schleich, Carl (Mindy) Schleich, Dale (Colleen) Schleich, and Neal Schleich; grandchildren Rebecca (Kyle) Kurz, Katharine Schleich, Christopher (Kristin) Schleich, Philip (Allison) Schleich, Erin Schleich, and Matthew Schleich; great-grandchildren Sam Kurz, Cora Schleich, Josephine Schleich, and Andrew Schleich. Family will receive friends from 12:00-1:00pm on Friday, January 7, 2022 at SCHOEDINGER NORTHWEST, 1740 Zollinger Road, UA 43221, where a Funeral Service will immediately follow. The family request that everyone attending, please wear mask and vaccinations preferred.
