

A funeral service for Eva Marie Trusler, 90 of Hanover, will be held on Monday, August 30, 2010 at 1:00 PM at the Criss-Schoedinger Funeral Home with Pastor Bryan Dahlke officiating. Burial will follow at Smith Chapel Cemetery.
Eva was born in Upshur County, West Virginia on April 27, 1920 to the late Edward and Rachel (Oldaker) Sothen. She passed away at Newark Healthcare Centre on Thursday, August 26, 2010.
Eva was a member of Fallsburg Baptist Church. She was devoted to her God and read her Bible every morning and evening. She enjoyed watching “The Price is Right” and “Wheel of Fortune.” She also enjoyed quilting and knitting and always made a blanket for every grandchild that was born. She was a devoted homemaker and dearly loved her entire family.
Survivors include her eight children, Rozella Snedegar of Brownsville, Cecil (Cheryl) Trusler of Hanover, Danny (Cynthia) Trusler of Newark, Thomas (Mary) Trusler of Frazeysburg, Theodore (Debra) Trusler of Hanover, Margaret (Dan) Dalton of Newark, Michael Trusler of Hanover and Rhea (Bobby) Munn of Palestine, WV; sister, Minnie Sharp of Buckannon, WV; 28 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by two spouses, Marion H. Tenny in 1942 and Marshall H. Trusler in 1997; two sons, Arthur and Timothy; great grandson, Jacob Trusler; five brothers and two sisters.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
