Fay Eldon Schwartz

Fay Eldon Schwartz, age 82, of Columbus, Ohio passed away unexpectedly on December 10, 2013. He was a U.S. Army Veteran, where he enjoyed cooking chow for the troops. He loved being outdoors…landscaping, mowing, plowing gardens and working at his barn. In his spare moments, he enjoyed watching OSU football and basketball. Prior to operating his own landscaping business (Schwartz Trucking), he worked for Exact Weight Scale Co. Fay also mowed at WBNS for over 50 years! He is survived by his loving wife, Martha “Suz”; children Stan “Boo”, Dale, Lori (John) and Jeff (Kristy); grandchildren Kristin (Eric), Kaylee, Ryan, Bryce and Nicholas; great-grandchildren Tyson and Ian; brother-in-law Neil (Eric) and extended family and friends. Preceded in death by his parents and 8 siblings. Family will welcome friends 2-4 and 6-8pm Friday, December 13, 2013 at Schoedinger East Chapel, 5360 E. Livingston Ave., Columbus, OH where services will be held at 10am Saturday; interment Obetz Cemetery.
