Frances Freeman

Frances W. Freeman, age 94, passed away peacefully with her daughters by her side on Thursday, September 17, 2020. Frances was born on November 19, 1925 in Gallipolis, Ohio to Frank and Ethel Burns. Frances was a homemaker and loved her flower garden, playing cards, Ohio State sports, spending time with her sisters and watching Reds baseball. Preceded in death by her husband, Richard Freeman; son-in-law, Floyd Travis; siblings, Norma Jean Bilbrey, Juanita Windland and Frank Burns. Survived by her daughters, Carol Hastings and Deborah Travis; grandchildren, Rhonda (Thomas Bloomer) Andrews and David Travis; great grandchildren, Jeffrey and Jaden Travis; son-in-law, Bill H. Andrews; sister, Imogene Henson; nieces and nephews. Family will receive visitors from 11-12:30 pm on Wednesday, September 23, 2020 at Heart and Hope Funeral Home by Schoedinger, 3030 W. Broad St., Columbus, Ohio 43204 where funeral service will be held at 12:30 pm with Chaplain Michelle officiating. Interment to follow at Sunset Cemetery.
