F. Jeanne Harper died on her 93rd birthday, Friday, September 6, 2013. She was born in New Straitsville, OH to the late Williard and Corda "Betty" (Boyd) Breeze. She was a member of Eastern Star Lorraine Chapter #1 OES and a former volunteer at Mount Carmel West Hospital. She was a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband John R. "Randy" Harper and brother Richard Breeze. Jeanne is survived by children Carol Sigler and John (Shelly) Harper, 6 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren. Family will receive friends Monday, September 9, 2013 from 12 PM until time of service at 1 PM at SCHOEDINGER HILLTOP CHAPEL, 3030 W. Broad St. Interment will follow in Sunset Cemetery.
