Gary Breit Phillips, II, age 36 passed away Tuesday, August 15, 2017. He born August 14, 1981 in Columbus, Ohio and was a 2002 graduate of Central H.S. Gary loved to be vocal about his feelings. He enjoyed spending time with his family watching television. He was a joy to be around and was loved by everyone who had the pleasure to meet him. He was preceded in death by his father, Gary B. Phillips and grandfather, Keith Notestone. Gary is survived by his loving mother, Cindy Phillips; sister, Chastity Phillips; grandmother, Patsy Notestone; nephews, Chase and Payton; niece, Ione; cousin, Wendy Bowman; and many other family members and friends. Visitation will be 4-7 p.m. Monday, August 21, 2017 at the SCHOEDINGER GROVE CITY CHAPEL 3920 Broadway, Grove City where funeral service will be held 10 a.m. Tuesday. Interment Concord Cemetery.
