Gloria Evelyn Blair, age 86, passed away Sunday, June 2, 2013. She was born November 7, 1926 in Milton, Massachusetts to the late Fritz and Maret (Reitan) Almquist. Gloria loved to tend to her flower gardens. She also enjoyed reading, creating ceramic pieces of art, and painting. She was a member of the Eastern Star and very active in her Lutheran church back in Sidney and Amherst, New York. She is survived by her husband, of 65 years, Robert "Bob" Blair; children, Martha Blair, Douglas Blair, Donald (Deanna) Blair, Sandy (Tom) Reddig, and Bonnie Blair; grandchildren, Keith Reddig, Andrew Reddig, Jennifer Blair, Paul Blair, Michelle Blair, Mark Blair, and Jason Blair; and cousins, Ruth (Arthur) vonDreele and Jean (James) Gaunt. Visitation will be 12pm - 1pm Thursday June 6, 2013 at the SCHOEDINGER EAST CHAPEL 5360 E. Livingston Ave. where the funeral service will follow at 1pm. Interment Franklin Hills Memory Gardens.
