Heather A. Chapman, born April 4, 1986, in Columbus, Ohio, passed away peacefully on April 1, 2026. Heather was the beloved daughter of Greg and Shelly Caudill and grew up alongside her brother, Josh. She was a devoted stay-at-home mother to her two cherished children, Abby and Parker Chapman. Heather’s life centered around her children and the joy she brought to others. She created a home filled with warmth, love, and happiness for her family. Heather found joy in reading and cooking, simple pleasures that reflected her caring and nurturing spirit. Her memory will forever be held close by those who knew and loved her.
