Helen Patton

Helen Patton, age 95, of Marion, OH, passed away on Monday, November 4, 2013. She was born to the late Levi and Meda Zimmerman Rose on December 7, 1917. Helen was a devoted mother and grandmother and will be missed by all who knew and loved her. Helen loved to sing, play bingo and was a wonderful cook. In addition to her parents, Helen was preceded in death by brothers Richard Rose, Millard Rose, Willard Rose and Hobart Rose; sisters, Stella Arnold, Wilma Rose and Wynona Calicote, and granddaughter Deborah Fenton. She is survived by her loving children, Wanda (Richard) Conners, Lee (Barbara) Clark, Joyce Sheets, Marvin Sheets, and Jim Sparr; grandchildren, Connie (Greg) Homer, Robert (Terrie) Marshall, Lisa Craycraft, Sandra (Rusty) Boger, Jason Clark, Jeremy (Angie ) Clark, Velma (Vee) Little, Fred Baisden, Stephen Sheets, Jeremiah Sheets, Eric Sheets and Michael Sheets and great- grandchildren; Jessie Schwartz, Lindsey Minardo, Amanda (William) Crist, Katie Craycraft, Bryan Craycraft, David Homer, Elizabeth Homer, Jared Boger, Shelby Boger, Heather (Chris) Phillips, Dawn Marshall, Michele Clark, Kia Clark, Katelynn Clark, Jonathon Baisden, Emma Baisden and Jack Baisden; great-great-grandchildren Abbey and Christian Phillips and sisters Geneva Rose and Kathleen Holderby, many nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends. Friends and family will gather from 10am-11am on Saturday, November 9, 2013 at the SCHOEDINGER NORTHEAST CHAPEL, 1051 E. Johnstown Rd., Gahanna, OH 43230. A Graveside Service will follow at 11:30am at Mifflin Township Cemetery.
