Henry Clay “Hank” Taylor, age 88, passed away on Thursday, December 8, 2022 at Grant Medical Center. Hank was born on October 30, 1934 in Gallipolis, Ohio to Arnold and Ruby (Syrus) Taylor. He proudly served in the US Navy during the Korean War. Hank retired from the State Hospital after 30 + years of service. In his spare time, he enjoyed fishing and golfing. Preceded in death by his children, Kathleen Taylor and Robert Henry Taylor. Survived by his loving wife of 61 years, Mary Kay Taylor; granddaughter, Kaitlyn Taylor and fiancé, James King; daughter-in-law, Lolita Taylor; sister, Lois Smith; brother-in-law, Thomas Bates; other relatives and friends. Gathering will be held from 1-2:00 pm on Thursday, December 15, 2022 where a funeral service of will be held at 2 pm at Heart and Hope Funeral Home by Schoedinger, 3030 W. Broad Street, Columbus, Ohio 43204.
