

Howard Parsley, 88, passed away peacefully on Saturday October 14th at Kobacker House following a lengthy illness. Howard was born on December 10th, 1928 in Marrowbone, West Virginia to M.H. and Elizabeth Parsley. He is preceded in death by his parents, daughter Carolyn and brother Hayden, twin brother Homer, sisters Marie Neely, Lorraine Sammons, Lily Brumfield and Annis Etter. Survived by loving wife of sixty-nine years Betty (Carter), daughters Diana (Dennis) Moore, Sheila (William) Anderson, six grandchildren, and nine great grandchildren. Howard was a salesman for Carr Supply until his retirement. He loved golfing, fishing, pitching horseshoes, and spending his winters with Betty in Sun City Center, Florida. Friends may call Tuesday 4:00pm-6:00pm at the SCHOEDINGER WORTHINGTON CHAPEL 6699 N. High St. (1/2 mile south of 270) and Wednesday 12:00pm until the service time at 1:00pm.
