Jack Arnold Witchey

Jack A Witchey, beloved husband and father, passed away Friday, June 27, 2014, surrounded by loving family. He was born November 30, 1931 in St. Joe, OH to the late Thomas Frank Witchey and Grace Witchey McCoy. Jack received his B.S in Pharmacy from OSU College of Pharmacy in 1962. He was a Korean War Veteran serving in Naval Ordinance aboard the Bon'homme Richard. Jack served as Vice President of Wendt Bristol Pharmacy and was Founder and former president of Columbus Prescription Pharmacies, Inc. Jack is survived by his loving wife, Linda L. Witchey; children, Mark (Jan) Witchey, Kent Witchey, Kip (Cathy) Witchey, Kurt (Shelly) Witchey, Thomas (Katie) Witchey, Tara (Brian) Rector; sister, Phyllis Thomas; 10 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews, extended family and friends.

Friends may call from 5 pm- 8 pm on Wednesday July 2, 2014 and 10:30 - 11:30am on Thursday, July 3, 2014 at the SCHOEDINGER WORTHINGTON CHAPEL, 6699 N High Street, Worthington, OH 43085, where the funeral service will begin at 11:30 am on Thursday.
