She is survived by her loving parents; Brett Leader and Audria Phillis; her older sister, Petyon Phillis; her Maternal Grandparents, James and Cynthia Shaeffer; her Paternal Grandparents, Robert and Jennifer Leader; and her Maternal Great-Grandparent, Mollie Shaeffer; as well as many aunts, uncles and cousins.
A private Graveside Service and Interment will be held at Resurrection Cemetery.
Family requests, that in lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Resurrection Cemetery, 9571 N High St, Lewis Center, OH 43035 in Jades name. Those monies will be put towards her monument.
Heaven’s gain is our loss when our angel was called by our Lord. Jade came into this world too soon and was taken too soon.
