James C. “Jimmy” Baugh, age 81, passed away on Wednesday, July 28, 2010 in Columbus. Jimmy was born on June 27, 1929 in Flint, Michigan; he is the son of the late Forest and Josephine Baugh. A long time resident of Canfield, he is a graduate of Campbell Memorial High School where he excelled at football, basketball and baseball. He proudly served his country in the U.S. Army. Jimmy worked for the Youngstown Sheet and Tube Co. for 32 years retiring in 1986. An avid sports fan, he coached youth baseball in Campbell and Canfield. Jimmy is survived by his loving wife, Louise; son, Jim (Monica) Baugh; grandson, James, and granddaughter, Kyle, brother, Forest Baugh; and sisters, Betty Esposito and Barbara Stankich. A memorial celebration for Jimmy will take place on Friday, August 6th from 5-7 PM at Davidson’s Restaurant in Cornersburg.
