James William Rea

James William Rea, II, age 69, went home to be with his Lord and Savior Sunday, April 19, 2015. He was born October 16, 1945 in Columbus, Ohio to the late James and Kathryn Rea, Sr. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Sue Ellen Rea. Jimmy is survived by his son, Jimmy "Jr." (Kendra) Rea, III; daughter, Emily (Scott) Kirtland; grandchildren, Makenna, Wyatt, and Gage; and other relatives and dear friends. Jimmy spent his life dedicated to the Lord, facilitated through The Free Christian Drive-In, Jimmy Rea Electronics, and his family. "For me, to live is Christ and to die is gain." Philippians 1:21. Visitation will be 2-4 and 6-8 PM on Wednesday, April 22, 2015 and Thursday, April 23, 2015 at the SCHOEDINGER HILLTOP CHAPEL, 3030 W. Broad Street, Columbus, Ohio. Funeral service will be held 11 AM Friday at Memorial Baptist Church, 2435 Eakin Rd., Columbus, OH 43204. Interment Sunset Cemetery.
