Jan graduated from Eastmoor High School and Franklin University. He worked at Metal Container Corporation for almost 30 years. The most important thing to Jan was his family.
Jan will be greatly missed by his brother, Jay (Kathy) Collins; and his loving nieces and nephews as well as cousins.
Memorial Service will be held at 4 PM on Tuesday, September 2, 2025 at Broad Street Presbyterian, 760 E Broad Street, Columbus, Ohio 43205, where family will receive friends from 3 PM until the time of the service.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the charity of your choice.
