Janet was a graduate of Doylestown High School and St. Thomas School of Nursing in Akron. Janet worked as an Occupational Health Nurse at Columbia Gas (later NiSource), and retired after 25 years. Janet’s family was truly the light of her life.
Preceded in death by her parents, Cletus and Mary Petit; and brothers, Donald, Richard, and Thomas Petit. Janet will be dearly missed by her loving daughters, Patricia (Gary) Sturtz and Susan (Brandon) Love; grandchildren, Alexis and Mia Sturtz, and Carrie and Donald Love; sister, Patricia (Paul) Mong; step-brother, Terry (Joyce) Willmott; and sister-in-law, Janet Petit.
