

Jeanette P. Wildermuth, 69, passed away on December 11, 2021, at home in Lewis Center, Ohio. Her final days were spent with her family by her side ensuring they were filled with love, comfort, and joy.
Jeanette was born on August 8, 1952, in Gallipolis, Ohio to the late Adrian "Red" Phillips and Hazel "Casey" Stevens.
Jeanette graduated from Meigs High School in 1971 then attended The Ohio State University. Marrying her high school sweetheart, James Wildermuth, in 1972, both were residents of London, Ohio. She retired in 2019 from the Krazy Glue Co. after a long 22-year career. Jeanette enjoyed many activities, including fishing, playing slot machines at the casino, collecting snowmen she found at craft shows, watching her favorite soaps and game shows and watching her grandsons play many different sports. Most of all, Jeanette loved spending time with the love of her life, James Wildermuth, until he passed away in 2019.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband of 37 years, James Wildermuth; and three sisters, Susan Will, Diane Hawley and Carolyn Surface. Jeanette is survived by her loving children, Ryan (Melanie) Wildermuth and Casey (Alex) Pangalangan; grandchildren, Owen, Aiden, Cameron, and Hudson; many nieces and nephews; and other special relatives and friends.
A Celebration of Life will be held in the months to come for family members to honor Jeanette and the impact she made in their lives. Donations may be directed in her memory to Mt. Carmel Hospice. Their support during this difficult time has and will continue to leave a lasting impact on the family.
