John Patrick Collins

John Patrick Collins young soul went home peacefully on June 8, 2016 at the age of 52. John was born November 29, 1963. He was a part of the West Jeff 1982 state football championship team as a running back. He was in the National Guard. As a devoted father and grandfather, John never missed his children's sporting events, yelling louder than the cheerleaders. Everyone that knew John, will miss his hilarious personality, always a great time, generosity for anyone he encountered, and limitless love for all. John is still living through his children Jessica, Jennifer, Zachary (Zeke) and Johnny and Johnny's mother Maria, parents father Bud (Louise), his mother Linda, grandchildren, Collin, Deyon, Brennan, brother Marc, step-sisters Robyn, Kris, Chanda, former wife Deedee, and special friend Sharon. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to The Knights of Columbus St Elizabeth Council 11193. The visitation will be held at SCHOEDINGER NORTH CHAPEL, 5554 Karl Rd. Columbus, OH 43229 Monday, June 13, 2016 from 4-8 PM. Mass of Christian Burial will be Tuesday, June 14, 2016 at 11 AM at St. Elizabeth's Catholic Church, 6077 Sharon Woods Blvd. Columbus, OH 43229 with Father Charles Cotton celebrant.
