John D. Hagans

John D. Hagans, age 94, passed away on Thursday, November 18, 2021, at Tuscany Gardens. He is preceded in death by his parents, John and Ruth (Francis) Hagans, his loving, caring, devoted wife of 61 years, Barbara Hagans, daughter, Theresa Golding, son, Thomas Hagans, sisters, Jean (Carlton) Drake, Harriet (Wendell) Babson. John is survived by his grandson, Joshua Blackman, granddaughters, Alexandria (Joseph) Rose, Kaylina (Karl Snyder) Blackman, great grandchildren, Thomas Coverdale, Alexia Coverdale, Amberleigh Rose, son-in-law, Michael Golding, former son-in-law, Alan Blackman, family friends, Pam Vance,his church family and many nieces, nephews and friends. He retired from the United States Postal Service with 30 years of service. John’s passion was painting. He loved sharing that gift with family and friends, in his later years he also enjoyed working in adult coloring books, never losing his artistic abilities. John was active in his church Logos Bible Church. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 11, 2021 at Logos Bible Church 623 Hill Rd N. Pickerington, OH 43147 at 10 am with Pastor Mike Roddy officiating.
