John L. Leake, age 44, passed away on Thursday, June 14, 2018 at Mt. Carmel Medical Center. John was born on January 21, 1974 in Columbus, Ohio to Jack and Beverly Leake. He loved his parents and taking care of his dad. John and his brother Jerry enjoyed martial arts and Bruce Lee. Preceded in death by his brother, Jerry Bradner. Survived by his parents, Jack and Beverly Leake; brother, Jack Leake; many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Visitation will be held Thursday, June 21, 2018 from 4-7 pm at the HEART and HOPE FUNERAL HOME by SCHOEDINGER, 3030 W. Broad Street, Columbus, Ohio. Family and friends will gather for a graveside service and interment Friday, June 22, 2018 at 1:00 pm at Sunset Cemetery, 6959 W. Broad St., Galloway, Ohio.
