Joie Elizabeth (Skinner) Cline, 73, died September 29, 2014 at Riverside Methodist Hospital, Columbus, Ohio. Born August 25, 1941 to Georgia (Conley) and Harold "Dutch" Skinner of Bloomingburg, Ohio, she was a graduate of White Cross Nursing School. She worked as a RN for over 30 years at Riverside Methodist Hospital and LifeCare Alliance.
Preceded in death by her parents; her husband of 52 years, Jerald, and a son. She is survived by son, Jeffrey Joe; daughter, Jo Ellen (Phelps); son-in-law, Greg Phelps; granddaughters, Madelyn and Grace; sister, Jeri (Jerry) Merritt and brother, Phil (Dee) Skinner.
Friends may visit with the family on Monday, October 6, 2014 from 2-4 p.m. at SCHOEDINGER NORTHWEST CHAPEL, 1740 Zollinger Rd., Columbus, OH. A memorial service will be held at the same location at 4 p.m.
