

Judith Marie Wade, 62, passed away as a hero on Thursday, January 31st, 2019. She was born on December 12th, 1956 in Mansfield, Ohio. Judy was employed by the Ohio Department of Health with nearly 24 years of service, most recently as the Telecommunications Coordinator. Judy enjoyed gardening, antiquing and most importantly, spending time with family. She was passionate about autism awareness, being involved in autism programs including specialized ballet, tennis, and activities at the YMCA and Metro Parks. Judy is survived by her husband Clifford "Rocky" Wade, to whom she was married on June 4th, 1994; mother Shirley Sorrick; father Roger Forsythe; brother Rick (Pat) Forsythe; sister Patti (Edward) Barber; children Rick (Jenn) Forsythe, Michael Kontul Jr., Donna Marie Kontul, Ginnifer Wade, Alicia Wade, and Corey Wade; grandchildren Lilyana, Brook, Tori, Taylor, Lexi, Tayvian, Tristen, Elizabeth, Gabriel, Milina, and a grandchild soon to be born; great grandchild Avery; numerous nieces, nephews, and friends. Judy is preceded in death by twin grandchildren Gabriel and Madison and stepfather Ray Sorrick. Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. Tuesday, February 5, 2019 at the SCHOEDINGER GROVE CITY CHAPEL, 3920 Broadway. The funeral service will be held at the same location at 10 AM Wednesday.
