Julia E. Bowman passed away on Saturday, September 21, 2024 at home. She was born on April 23, 1954 in Bellefontaine, Ohio. Julie worked for Nationwide Children’s Hospital for over 25 years. Julia has many grand/great children whom she adored. She loved attending any of their extracurricular activities. Julie dearly loved her brother, sisters, nieces and nephews. She was always at birthday parties, holidays, and cookouts. Julie was an avid Cleveland Cavalier and Buckeye fan. She attended many games. She loved to take walks in the parks. Her place of worship was North Broadway United Methodist Church, where she met many people, whom she adored. Julia loved her cats. They were her babies. Julia was a warm hearted stubborn woman who will truly be missed. Family will receive friends 10:00-11:00 am Monday, September 30th at North Broadway United Methodist Church, 48 E. North Broadway, Columbus, OH 43214, where the funeral service will begin at 11:00 am. Interment will take place 11:30 am Tuesday, October 1st at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens, 5600 E. Broad St. Columbus, OH 43213.
