Julia M. Smith, age 26, passed away on Thursday, October 6, 2011 after a brief illness. Julia was born on February 5, 1985 in Columbus. Julia is survived by her loving family, husband, Brandon Smith; daughter, Marleigh Smith; mother and father, Robyn and Trent Yates; sisters, Kayla and Bethany Yates, brothers, Barry “Wayne” (Sue Young) Pond and Scott West; and grandparents, Joan Kavinsky, and Elden and Roberta Yates; and a host of many other family and friends. Julia was a graduate of Olentangy High School and was employed as a Financial Advisor at J.P. Morgan Chase. She was a wonderful mother, wife, daughter, sister, and friend and will be remembered by all. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, October 11, 2011 from 2-4pm and 6-8pm at Schoedinger Northwest Chapel; where funeral services will be at 11am Wednesday, October 12, 2011.
