June C. Phillips, age 84 passed away on March 12, 2018 at home. June was born on January 12, 1934 in Circleville, Ohio to Carl and Virginia Hicks. June was a loving mother and homemaker. She enjoyed watching TV, reading her Bible and doing crossword puzzles. She is preceded in death by her parents, Carl Hicks and Virginia "Nona" Ritter; husband, Alvin F. "Sam" Phillips, Jr.; sons, Richard A. Phillips and Ronald A. Phillips; and granddaughter, Angela Phillips. Survived by her daughters, Ruth Howell, Sandra (Mike) Hoyt and Debra Sampson; grandchildren, Richard, Ed, Bob, Raishelle, Nikki, Jessie and Michael; numerous great grandchildren; and sister, Virginia Triffon. Family will receive visitors from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm on Wednesday, March 21, 2018 followed by a funeral service at 1:00 pm at the HOPE and HEART FUNERAL HOME by SCHOEDINGER, 3030 W.
