June Williams

Charlotte "June" Williams, age 89, of Columbus, went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, March 17, 2015 at Whetstone Care Center. June married her childhood sweetheart, Carl P. Williams, on March 19, 1946. June was an avid seamstress. She and Carl enjoyed working on home remodeling projects together. Throughout the years, June and Carl had fun traveling and especially enjoyed trips to Hawaii and Walt Disney World. June was preceded in death by husband Carl in 2011 and her daughter-in-law Peggy Williams. Survived to cherish her memory are her son, John Williams; sister-in-law, Bette Anne Williams; nieces and nephews Jim and Becky Buell, Sandy and Tom Salters, Gerry and Aileen Salters, Tom and Barb Ward; long-time friends and neighbors Charles and Carol Lynch and family; special caregiver Sylvia Waller and good friend Becky Fabbro. A funeral service will be held at 10:30am Saturday, March 21, 2015 at SCHOEDINGER NORTH CHAPEL, 5554 Karl Road, where family will receive friends beginning at 10am.
