Kade Thomas Lambert, age 12 days, passed away Saturday, April 18th, 2020 in the arms of his parents. Kade is preceded in death by his great grandmother Virginia Thornton, great grandfather Thomas Thornton, and great uncle Heath Mason. He is survived by his loving parents Caleb and Jennifer Lambert; sister Autumn Lambert; grandparents Daniel and Melissa Mason; grandmother Donna Lambert; grandfather Rodney Rucker; great grandparents Jack and Norma Mason; great grandparents Dallas and Delores Lambert; and many loving aunts, uncles, and cousins. A public Memorial Service will be held when COVID restrictions are lifted. Contributions may be made in Kade's memory to Nationwide Children's Hospital NICU.
