Kathleen Ann David

In loving memory of Kathleen Ann David (Bayly), age 70. She passed away peacefully on August 11, 2025, surrounded by her loving family and her 3 dogs. A devoted wife, mother, aunt, “Mom Mom”, and friend, Kathy brought joy to all who knew her.

Kathy was born September 18, 1954, in Columbus, Ohio. She graduated from Bishop Hartley High School in 1973 and was a hardworking, loyal employee with the phone company for over 40 years.

Kathy was a volunteer for Lifeline of Ohio, and has crocheted hundreds of shawls, which were given as gifts of comfort to organ donor families. She was a 14 year kidney transplant recipient, with special thanks to her daughter, Colleen Imwalle.

Kathy loved Ohio State football, spoiling her dogs, and anything & everything related to Christmas. Her very favorite role was being called “Mom Mom” to her beloved grandchildren, who brought her endless joy and pride.

Kathy was preceded in death by her parents Earl and Mary Jo Bayly, Tish Bayly; brother John Bayly; sisters Sue Franklin, Margaret Petrosky, Elaine Coss, Jean Collier; brothers-in-law George Johnson, Tom Coss; and nephew Scott Bayly.

Kathy is survived by her loving husband of 41 years, Denny David, and children Jaclyn (Bryan) Eramo, and Colleen Imwalle; grandchildren Amira (Ryan) Pauly, Bayly Ingles (Gary Guzman Martinez), Lindsay Ingles, Kathleen and Zachary Eramo; great grandchild Anthony Pauly; sister Mary Beth Johnson; In-laws Phil Petrosky, Jim Franklin, Becky (Tom) Bayly Tanner, Tom (Pat) David, Ginny Scholle; many nieces and nephews, including Jenny and Matt Petrosky; several great nieces and nephews.

Friends may call Sunday from 1-4pm at SCHOEDINGER FUNERAL HOME 5360 East Livingston Avenue, Columbus, OH 43232. A Catholic Mass will take place Monday at 10:00am at Christ the King Catholic Church 2777 East Livingston Ave, Columbus, OH 43209.
