Kathryn P. "Pat" Gusa went to heaven to be with her beloved husband, Dave on July 14, 2013. She is survived by children, Pam (Jim) Krebs, Frank (Jean) Gusa; grandchildren, Cameron (Julie) Krebs, Carie (Jamy Rice) Beckner, and Corie (Kevin) Moon; great-grandchildren, Elizabeth and Jayson Beckner, Gavin and Caitlin Krebs, Conner Campbell, and Brody Moon; and numerous family and friends. At Pat's request, there will be no visitation or service. The family wishes to thank the staff of Serenity House and Ohio Health Hospice for their loving care during Pat's illness.
