Kathy Lynn McNeal, age 61, of Columbus, Ohio, passed away on Monday, March 24, 2014. She was born in Columbus, Ohio on February 16, 1953 to the late Ralph and Florence McNeal . Kathy graduated from Central High School in 1971 and worked at Pet Solutions. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her sister, Carla Harr. She is survived by her daughter, Tiffany (Bill) Payne; grandsons, Liam and Jason; brothers, Pat (Darlene) McNeal and Rick (Paulette) McNeal; and many nieces and nephews.
