

Kevin M. Czerwonka, age 51 of Upper Arlington, passed away Friday, October 21, 2016 surrounded by his loving family. Born and raised in Madison Wisconsin, he was the son of Betha McKillip Kirch and the late Myron Czerwonka. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1987 and received his J.D. from UW-Madison, BA Behavioral Science and Law in 1990. He was a partner at Vorys, Sater Seymour and Pease Law Firm, and most recently the Chief Legal Officer and a partner with global X, a boutique tax consulting firm in Cleveland. Kevin was a consummate professional, hardworking, humble and loyal man who was much respected. A proud shareholder of the Green Bay Packers and lifelong Badgers fan but also enjoyed following his adopted state Buckeyes. He is survived by his beloved wife, Jennifer; children, Lexie and Max; mother, Betha (Dale) Kirch; step-mother, Janet Czerwonka; maternal grandmother, Phyllis McKillip; brother, Jason (Maria) Czerwonka; father and mother-in-law, Jim and Jane Ayers; and countless extended family. A celebration of life memorial service will be held at 11 A.M. Wednesday, October 26, 2016 at Trinity United Methodist Church, 1581 Cambridge Blvd. Family will receive friends from 4-8 P.M. Wednesday, October 26, 2016 at SCHOEDINGER NORTHWEST CHAPEL, 1740 Zollinger Rd. Kevin's family would like to thank the staff of The OSU Wexner Medical Center MICU for their tender care and attention.
